On Wednesday, July 7th TIP TOP CARNIVAL IS BACK AT RIVERFEST!
Wednesday has traditionally been the night that Riverfest Launches with "Carnival Night". This year will be no different. Come down and enjoy the Rides!
There is no charge to enter the grounds for the carnival, Tip Top will feature wrist band specials that night!
